Agencies
WhatsApp for agencies running client campaigns
An agency has the problem a single brand does not: several numbers, several clients, and a bill at the end of the month that has to be explainable to each of them. It also has the problem of what happens when a client leaves.
Several numbers, side by side
Connect as many WhatsApp numbers as you run. Every campaign, template and conversation belongs to the number it came from, so one client's work never appears in another's reports, and a send names the number it leaves from rather than guessing.
Connecting a numberThe account stays your client's
Sendrix is a Meta Tech Provider, so each number sits on your client's own WhatsApp Business Account. The number, the approved templates and the quality rating are theirs, not rented from us. When a client leaves they take them, which is a much easier thing to say at the start of a relationship than at the end of one.
How accounts are separatedWho on your team can do what
Invite the people who build campaigns without giving them the ability to spend credits or connect a number. Roles are per workspace, and every action that costs money or changes a credential is recorded against the person who took it.
Roles and permissionsA bill you can explain
Delivery, reads and replies are reported per campaign, and you are charged on delivery rather than on send — so the line you invoice a client for is the number of messages that reached somebody, not the number you attempted. Failed sends are refunded without anybody raising a ticket.
