Two plans, and the only question is how much you send

Both open the whole product. Nothing is held back on the cheaper one — no locked features, no seat count, no campaign limit. They differ in one thing: whether you pay per message, or pay once and stop counting.

Credits

Fifteen paise, and only when it lands

On Access, one template out is one credit, and a credit is 15 paise. Top up in any amount — credits do not expire and they are still there if you move plans or let one lapse.

Firing a campaign sets the whole cost aside up front, so it cannot half-send. Anything WhatsApp refuses, or accepts and never delivers, comes back to your balance automatically.

How credits work, in full

Getting started

Try it for a week first

There is a seven day trial of each plan. Ask for one and we will put your workspace on it — no card, and it simply stops at the end rather than turning into a bill.

Self-serve purchase is not open yet, so plans are started by us. Tell us roughly what you send a month and we will say which of the two you actually want, even when that is the cheaper one.

Before you ask

Questions people ask before they buy

What does a WhatsApp message cost?

On Access, ₹2,000 a month plus 15 paise for every message that is delivered. On Unlimited, ₹3,000 a month with nothing counted per message. Meta's own conversation charges are included in both — there is no second bill.

Do I pay for messages that are not delivered?

No. You are charged when WhatsApp confirms delivery, not when the message leaves. Anything that fails — a number that no longer exists, a handset that never comes back online — is refunded to your balance automatically, without you asking. Most providers in this market charge on send.

Is replying to a customer free?

Yes. A reply inside the 24 hour window WhatsApp opens when a customer messages you costs nothing, on either plan. Only the templates you start a conversation with are counted.

Which plan is cheaper for me?

Work it out on the slider above — it shows where the two lines cross for your volume. Roughly: below about 6,667 messages a month Access is cheaper, and above it Unlimited is. We will tell you which one you want even when it is the cheaper one.

Do I keep my WhatsApp number if I leave?

Yes. Sendrix is a Meta Tech Provider, so your WhatsApp Business Account is yours: the number, the approved templates and the quality rating all sit on your own account rather than being rented from ours. If you move to another provider you take them with you.

Is there a free trial?

There is a seven day trial of either plan, with no card. It stops at the end rather than turning into a bill. Ask for one and we will put your workspace on it.

Can I send from my own backend?

Yes, on both plans. The API takes an approved template and one recipient, is safely retryable with an idempotency key, and pushes delivery and read receipts to a webhook. There is a sandbox that sends a real message from the browser without writing any code.
