Sendrix documentation

Sendrix sends WhatsApp campaigns and keeps every reply in one place. These pages cover setup, sending, and the things that catch people out.

How it works

A campaign is not separate from a chat. Sending one creates a message per recipient, each threaded into a conversation with that contact. When someone replies, the reply lands in that same conversation. So the inbox is the whole record of what was said to whom, and a campaign is what produced a batch of it.

Before your first campaign

Four things, in this order. Each takes a few minutes.

StepWhat it does
Connect a numberLinks your WhatsApp Business number so Sendrix can send as you.
Sync templatesPulls in the messages Meta has approved. You can only start a conversation with one of these.
Import contactsUpload a spreadsheet. Numbers are checked and duplicates merged.
Send a campaignPick a template and an audience, then fire or schedule it.

Two rules worth knowing now

You cannot message someone freely until they reply. To start a conversation you send an approved template. Once they answer, a 24 hour window opens and you can write anything. When it closes, you are back to templates.

Sending needs an active plan. On one plan each template costs a credit and replying inside the window is free; on the other, sending is included up to an allowance. Without a plan the workspace is read-only: everything is readable and nothing can be sent or changed.
