1.What this covers
By creating a Sendrix workspace you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you can bind it.
2.What we provide
Sendrix lets you connect a WhatsApp Business number, manage templates and contacts, send campaigns, handle replies, and send messages from your own systems through our API.
We are a Meta Tech Provider. The WhatsApp Business Account stays yours: we connect it to Meta on your behalf rather than reselling access to ours. If you leave, the number, the templates and the quality rating go with you.
3.What you are responsible for
This is the part that matters most, because WhatsApp is not email and the consequences of getting it wrong land on your number.
- Consent. Only message people who agreed to hear from you. You must be able to show when and how they agreed.
- Meta’s rules.WhatsApp’s Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy apply to everything you send. Breaking them can get your number rate limited or banned by Meta, and that is not something we can undo.
- Your content. What you send, and the data you upload, are yours. Do not send anything unlawful, deceptive, or that you have no right to send.
- Your credentials. Keep your API keys and passwords secret. Anything done with your key is treated as done by you. Rotate a key the moment you think it has leaked.
4.Things you may not do
- Send to people who never opted in, or who have opted out.
- Use Sendrix to send spam, scams, or anything designed to mislead.
- Try to reach other customers' data, or probe the service for weaknesses without asking us first.
- Resell access to your workspace as though it were your own platform.
We may suspend a workspace that is doing any of these, and will tell you why.
5.Credits and payment
Sending costs credits. One outbound template message is one credit. A credit is reserved when the message is accepted and settled when Meta reports what happened: if it is never delivered, the credit comes back automatically.
Replies inside the 24 hour service window are free, because Meta does not bill us for them.
Credits are prepaid and are not refundable for cash, though unused credits stay on your account for as long as it is open. Prices can change, and we will tell you before they do.
6.Availability
We work to keep Sendrix running and publish what is happening on the status page. We do not promise it will never be down.
Some of what you depend on is not ours. If Meta is down, or has throttled or banned your number, messages will not go out and there is nothing we can do about it from here. Credits for messages that were never delivered are returned either way.
7.Your data
Your contacts and messages are yours. We hold them to run the service for you and nothing else. What we collect and how long we keep it is in the Privacy policy, which is part of this agreement.
You can export your data at any time, and closing your account deletes it within 30 days.
8.The API
The API is versioned, and what we may change under a working integration is written down in the versioning policy. In short: within a version we only add. A breaking change means a new version, with the old one supported for at least twelve months.
Rate limits apply per key and are shown on every response. Repeatedly ignoring them is a reason for us to lower yours.
9.Ending it
You can close your workspace whenever you like, from the console. We can end this agreement if you break these terms, or with reasonable notice otherwise. Either way you keep the right to export your data first.
10.Liability
Sendrix is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
11.Changes to these terms
If we change these in a way that matters, we will tell you in the console before it takes effect. Carrying on using Sendrix after that means you accept the new version.
Anything unclear, ask: [email protected].
