Team and roles
Three roles. The split is between people who run campaigns and people who change how the workspace is set up.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including removing admins. Created with the workspace. |
| Admin | Everything an owner can, except removing an owner. |
| Member | Run campaigns, handle the inbox, manage contacts. |
What only admins can do
| Action | Why it is restricted |
|---|---|
| Connect or remove a sender | Controls who you send as, and holds credentials. |
| Rotate the ingestion URL | Gets it wrong and replies stop arriving. |
| Create or sync templates | Submits to Meta under your business name. |
| Invite and remove people | Controls access to customer conversations. |
| View the audit log | Records what everyone did. |
Inviting
Settings, then Team. Invite by email address and choose the role. The invite is a single-use link. Cancel a pending invite at any time and the link stops working.
Removing someone
Removing a person ends their access immediately. Their past work stays: campaigns they sent, replies they wrote, and the audit entries against their name are all kept. Conversations assigned to them become unassigned.
The audit log
Settings, then Audit records who did what and when: senders connected, campaigns fired, credits moved, people invited. It is append only, so entries cannot be edited or deleted from the application at all.
Filter by action to answer a specific question, such as when a number was connected or who cancelled a campaign.
